PARAT Halvorsen AS is committed to promoting sustainability both economically, environmentally and socially. As part of this commitment, we are also dedicated to adhering to the Transparency Act. The Transparency Act aims to promote businesses' respect for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions, ensuring that the public has access to information on how businesses address negative impacts on human rights and working conditions.
The Act applies to larger businesses domiciled in Norway, as well as larger businesses providing goods and services in Norway and subject to taxation in Norway.
Under the Act, these businesses are required to conduct due diligence assessments and disclose the results of these assessments. They also have an obligation to provide information to the public upon request.
