PARAT Halvorsen AS will supply the 7MW 10kV, High Voltage Electrode Boiler for hot water with control cabinet and control system to the district heating company.

The IEH High Voltage Electrode Boiler for hot water is to be used for district heating and Primary Grid regulation. The 7MW Electrode Boiler has a design temperature of 110°C and design pressure of 6 Barg.

The IEH Electrode Boiler is the world leading Power to Heat solution, when you choose this PARAT E-boiler you get a modern, fast and well proven unit for your heating needs.

The installation of the Electrode Boiler and the delivery of other components are carried out by AS:SCAN and Tjæreborg Industri, with Tjæreborg Industri as the contractor.

Ejstrupholm Vand- og Varmeværk was founded in 1962. For the first many years, heating was based on oil. Since then, the district heating plant has taken a more environmentally friendly course with conversion to natural gas. In recent years, additional green initiatives have been added with solar panels, heat pumps and now also a High Voltage Electrode boiler.
