PARAT Halvorsen AS have introduced the most modern High Voltage Electrode Boiler for Steam or Hotwater to the German market, and in 2014 we installed 110 MW grid regulation capacity in Germany and additional 90 MW in Denmark.
Excellent to accumulate or convert renewable energy to steam or hot water in periods of overproduction from wind and solar systems.
The boiler can regulate the grid frequency fast, quick start up and has a minimum load below 1%. The boiler has also become popular as a backup boiler of existing boiler plants.
