PARAT Halvorsen to exhibit at NorShipping 4-7 june 2013

This fair is an important meeting place for the maritime industry, and as a supplier to both shipping and Oil & Gas, we will be present at the Norwegian pavilion to introduce our products and share our latest news. We hope to meet both our established customers and new contacts.

PARAT has recently completed a test of heating solutions for ORO vessel with very clear results as to which technology that actually does the job. We welcome interested parties to join us for a discussion on this topic; we are happy to share the detailed test reports that are available in both electronic and paper format.

Parat has signed an agreement with ABB on technology development. We have jointly developed a solution for energy optimization and energy recovery for vessels and installations that use regenerative braking. We have a specific example of a floating drilling rig, where with the installation of the solution, reduced the investment by millions whilst simplifying the operations and maintenance of the rig, plus reducing fuel consumption by up to several hundred tons. We will bring supporting materials and documents which describes the system and warmly welcome anyone who is interested to find out more to visit us at our stand for a chat.
