The boiler pressure vessels will be delivered with the ASME Stamp and both units will be designed, constructed and tested at the Parat main facilities in Flekkefjord, Norway. The hot water units will mainly be used to heat up the processing fluid used in the open pit copper extraction process. The detailed engineering has been started and the units are scheduled to be delivered in February 2014.

'We are proud to be selected as a supplier to Kazakhmys for this prestigious project and look forward to deliver our technology and solutions to such a renowned customer', says CEO of Parat Halvorsen, Mr. Yngve M. Halvorsen.
