The 2 x 50MW Electrode Boilers has now been installed at Minskenergo's CHP-3 Power Station. PARAT sent 2 service personnel to Minsk and they have done the installation, commissioning, training and start-up of these massive Electrode boilers.

The Boilers are equipped with S7-400H PLCs for control and monitoring as well as communication to the customer's top system. The boilers are controlled by a set point for power from the customer and delivers the energy via heat exchangers to the customer's district heating grid. Start-up and training was done in collaboration with Aquaecology's personnel.

Minskenergo's boiler house looks really impressive and with these Electrode boilers of 10.5kV and 10 barg pressure, will give them great flexibility and utilize their surplus power and reduce emissions.
