New Exhaust Gas Boiler to Aker BioMarine / Estremar
PARAT will deliver an Exhaust Gas Smoke Tube Boiler for steam with a capacity of 3000kgs/h to 'Centurion del Atlantico', which is currently fishing krill outside the coast of south-Argentina.

PARAT will deliver an Exhaust Gas Smoke Tube Boiler for steam with a capacity of 3000kgs/h to 'Centurion del Atlantico', which is currently fishing krill outside the coast of south-Argentina. The ship is owned by Aker BioMarine / Estremar.
The Exhaust Gas Boiler recovers energy from the exhaust of the main engine to steam production. The steam is used in the treatment process on board and the evaporator for fresh water production. This Saves costs and environment through reduced use of oil-fired boilers.
The boiler will be installed at a shipyard in Chile during the summer of 2010. (Winter in Chile)
