NOFO 2009
The Parat ORO system complies with the current NOFO 2009 standard and will also be in full compliance with the coming 2010 revision of said standard. Both regular oil-fired solutions and the more recent electrical type boilers are part of the ORO package along with specially developed multi nozzle systems for steam injection and a thoroughly developed PLC control system makes our solution the preferred choice for most vessels that wish to obtain NOFO certification. With more than 25 systems delivered, Parat has gained a solid market position and continued product development is ensuring that future clients get top of the line equipment at a very competitive price. One of the developments is the recent, world patent applied, combined steam and hot water boiler that allows the operator to use the boiler for hot water production during normal operation.

New range of marine boilers
Parat is proud to be able to present its brand new range of marine boilers at SMM. The company has spent the last two years developing an extensive range of products for the marine market covering outputs from 800kg steam/hour up to 35.000kg steam/hour. The boilers are designed for most known fuel types and the burners and fuel systems naturally comply with current requirements for low sulphur fuels. High voltage electrical marine boiler
The Parat High Voltage electrical boiler for marine application is another innovation that the company wishes to show off. It features world patented technology that allows the operator to produce steam or hot water directly from high voltage without the need for transformers or space taking effect panels and cabling. For high to very high energy requirements this solution is unique by its very small footprint, low weight and extremely efficient regulation.
