10MW Electrode Hot Water Boiler started up at CHP Lida
PARAT Halvorsen has just finished the commissioning and start-up of the 10MW Electrode Hot Water Boiler for Grodnoenergo in Belarus.
The 10MW PARAT Electrode Boiler is now installed and in operation at CHP Lida.
The 10MW Electrode Boiler has now been installed at CHP Lida Power Station. PARAT sent 2 service personnel to Lida and they have done the installation, commissioning, training and start-up of this Electrode boiler.
The Boiler is equipped with S7-400H PLC for control and monitoring as well as communication to the customer's top system. The boiler are controlled by a set point for power from the customer and delivers the energy via heat exchanger to the customer's district heating grid. Start-up and training was done in collaboration with Aquaecology's personnel.
CHP Lida now has a 10MW High Voltage Electrode Hot Water Boiler of 6.3kV and 10 barg pressure with hot water temperature of 184°C in full operation.
